Complete Rules and Regulations

1. No purchase necessary to enter or receive a prize. Void where prohibited.

2. The promotion is offered only in the United States to U.S. residents. All entrants must be a licensed nurse, nurse practitioner or student nurse and a member of NurseConnect. The recipient agrees to provide all necessary documentation to verify eligibility. Any winner chosen who is not a licensed nurse or nursing student will be immediately disqualified. This offer is not open to employees of AMN Healthcare Inc. or its affiliate companies.

3. One winner will receive an iPod Shuffle. No substitute prizes shall be awarded. Anyone who refers three friends and then completes the form on http://www.nurseconnect.com/aboutus/promosurvey.aspx will also receive a free NurseConnect giveaway. 

4. The promotion will commence on June 25, 2008 and end on July23, 2008.

5. Participation in this giveaway requires members to refer three friends to NurseConnect via e-mail or using the Invites function of NurseConnect. Next, the member will complete the form on http://www.nurseconnect.com/aboutus/promosurvey.aspx in order to be eligible for the promotion and to receive a free NurseConnect gift.

6. The iPod Shuffle winner will be randomly selected.

7. Giveaway recipient agrees that AMN Healthcare, Inc. and its affiliates, partners, directors, officers and employees shall have no liability in connection with the giveaway, participation in the giveaway and/or acceptance or use of the giveaway offered. By accepting, giveaway recipients agree to hold harmless NurseConnect and/or AMN Healthcare, Inc. for damages, injuries or losses that may be sustained in connection with the use or misuse of the giveaway. By participating in this offer, entrants agree to abide by and to be bound by these official rules.

8. All decisions relating to entries, rules and/or selection of giveaway recipients made by NurseConnect are final.

9. NurseConnect and/or AMN Healthcare, Inc. is not responsible for late, lost, misaddressed or misdirected entries.

10. NurseConnect and/or AMN Healthcare, Inc. reserves the right to change the rules without prior notice.
