Can anyone direct me to a web site, MD office/clinic or outpatient setting, even a reputable medspa where I can practice cosmetic dermatology/surgery? (MD/Baltimore/DC area) It is difficult to find these positions. I'm an experienced RN with many years in the ER/ICU. Please contact asap. Thank you!

I am an RN in Cameroon, working in pediatric oncology for about a year now. i really wish to carry out an advanced nursing study in this area of health. But given the lack of such facility in my country and financial constraint, I find it difficult fulfilling my dream. I therefore ask for assistance of any kind to enable my achieve my objective.
