I have the ATI books the school made us buy plus two other books the school also made us buy. I don't really like any of them. Any good suggestions?

Natasha, Since you don't have the titles or the authors for the books that you already have, it would be rather difficult to suggest (other text) books to review for the NCLEX. Though when I was prepping for the exam, I found the current Princeton's Review of the NCLEX soft cover book, not only relevant but, explaining the mechanics of successful test-taking methods. Most books can give you content but, not many review test-taking strategies. Both areas, content and strategies, are need to look at the exam with focused reasoning in a sea of possibilities of testing your knowledge of the nursing field.

Thanks. I will try to find that. The other review books I have are Mosby's comprehensive review of nursing and Saunder's strategies for success.

Natasha,
When I was studying for NCLEX for my LPN I used the Saunders NCLEX review and I felt like it prepared me for the exam....I am pretty sure Im going to use the RN edition to study for the NCLEX-RN exam. If you find any other good suggestions for other books though let me know! Thanks
